Trans Lifeline’s hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. They are open Monday through Friday 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
SHILO is a free, anonymous, and inclusive eChat and phone service for Ontario residents regarding sexual health topics. They are open Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. as well as Saturday & Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
