We’re building a better Halton

Halton Region continues to invest in infrastructure improvements to meet the demands of our growing region and the expectations of the community.

This includes ensuring that residents and business owners enjoy safe and efficient Regional roads and have access to high-quality drinking water and reliable wastewater services. Whether we are widening Regional roads to improve traffic flow, creating new bike lanes or multi-use paths to provide safe transportation alternatives or upgrading watermains to maintain access to clean, safe drinking water and service growth – we are building a better Halton every day.

We also want to make sure that residents and businesses have all of the information they need to stay up to date on improvements happening in the community and are able to plan ahead for construction. Visit halton.ca to learn more and find new ways to stay connected:

Email notices: subscribe to receive construction notices delivered to your email inbox. These updates will help you plan for any disruptions such as noise, dust or traffic. You will also receive project updates so you are aware of any changes or new information about the project.

Mail notices:construction notices will continue to be mailed or hand delivered to your mailbox. If possible, field staff will be available to discuss the project with you.

Halton Region will continue to keep infrastructure working for you and provide communities with the services they rely on. And, as always, we will make every effort to minimize any disruptions construction activity can cause. Thank you for your patience as we make the infrastructure improvements that keep Halton a great place to live, work, raise a family and retire.
