Enhancing your service experience with the new halton.ca

I am proud to announce that we have officially launched our redesigned, mobile-friendly website to help you connect with Halton’s essential services!

The new, interactive and easy-to-search halton.ca puts Regional supports at your fingertips by introducing enhanced functionality, customization options, more video and graphics, and even virtual tours. It also allows you to easily share information, connect with the Region on social media and access information faster with streamlined content.

Highlights of the website’s new features and online services include:

  • an improved search function that allows you to filter results by audience, topic, file type and location;
  • an online concierge, service finder and customer services routing tool to help you navigate the site;
  • enhanced online forms that allow you to submit more service requests from your device;
  • construction updates that keep you up-to-date on Regional infrastructure projects in your community;
  • information about community planning as part of the online Regional Official Plan;
  • virtual tours of Halton Community Housing units with the ability to search by location; and
  • access to health reports and more.

Enhancing how you get the information and supports you need is a high priority for Council. Our most recent resident survey revealed a 97 per cent satisfaction rating for Regional services, and an essential part of delivering a great experience is ensuring that you can access whatever you need as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why our new website is just one of many ways to connect with us—all it takes one click, one tap, or one call:

  • find information, access online tools, subscribe for updates or reminders and make service requests using halton.ca or the OneHalton app;
  • follow our social media channels on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube;
  • email accesshalton@halton.ca or call 311 (within Halton) or 1-866-442-5866, TTY 905-827-9833 to contact a customer service representative; or
  • visit us in person at a Regional facility.

No matter how you choose to connect with us, you can expect high-quality, convenient, reliable and responsive customer service. By making it easier to access Regional programs, we keep Halton a great place to live, work, raise a family and retire.
