Regional Chair Gary Carr: Get connected to mental health supports

May 09, 2024
A call to be kind: because compassion connects us all. May 6-12 is Mental Health Week #compassionconnections

May 6 to 12 is Mental Health Week, a time to continue the important conversation around mental health and wellness.

This year’s theme, “Compassion connects us all,” is a valuable reminder to be kind—not only to others, but also to ourselves. If you or a loved one are looking for support, there are some valuable resources available near you.
