Wellington Terrace is a seniors' apartment building consisting of 126 units, managed by the Halton Community Housing Corporation.   It is conveniently located close to all amenities in the heart of downtown Burlington.

• Halton Region offers the supportive housing service at Wellington Terrace.
• Essential support services are provided by Personal Support Workers who are on site 24 hours a day.
• Supportive Housing clients are responsible for the cost of ConnectCare, an emergency response system that enables our personal support workers to respond to the needs of clients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Meals can be enjoyed at the Terrace Cafe in a comfortable atmosphere dining with neighbours.
• Special occasion meals are planned to coincide with holiday's.
